If you have a larger-than-life personality and strong journalistic skills, we have the perfect job for you. We are searching for a Morning Traffic/Breaking News Anchor/Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) to join our top-rated morning team.

This person will be live throughout our morning newscast reporting on traffic conditions in our viewing area and bringing viewers the latest on breaking news live as it happens. After the newscast, this MMJ will shoot video, write, and edit stories for our on-air and on-line platforms. Successful candidates will have an outgoing personality, think on the fly and be able to deliver compelling TV and digital media packages. Strong, live on-camera presentation skills are a must.

Applicants must have:

·       At least two year’s experience as an MMJ or Anchor at a commercial television station

·       A degree in broadcast journalism or a related multimedia field

·       Non-Linear editing knowledge and photography skills are a requirement

·       ENPS knowledge a plus

·       A good driving record

·       Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona driver’s license

·       A pre-employment background check is required

·       Ability to lift up to 40lbs of equipment
