Radio and TV members: Let us help keep you in FCC compliance next year!
The Arizona Media Association has an FCC-trained inspector ready to help make sure you stay in FCC compliance.
We call this service the Alternative Broadcast Inspection Program (ABIP) and offer up our inspector to stations for what is normally a 2-day visit. The AMA covers most costs associated with these inspections and trainings and asks station to contribute a nominal $100 per station to reserve the time.
As part of this service, we educate TV and radio station staffs on all FCC rules, audit station practices and ensure stations are doing everything possible to avoid FCC infractions and fines. Registration for a 2024 inspection is now open.
