The ABA is officially opening up registration requests for stations to receive one of our FCC compliance inspections
Our ABIP program audits each station to help ensure they stay in FCC compliance.
The program allows us to train stations (especially new hires) on all FCC rules and have an ABA inspector audit practices.
The cost to participate in the program has been dramatically reduced to just $100 per station, removing nearly all previous member expense to make sure this program can get used by every radio and TV station in the state!
We are taking new requests for a 2023 inspection until July 30, 2023.

Each month, the ABA also asks our Washington-based law firm partner to flag us on any FCC violations for broadcasters. In June, the FCC’s media bureau issued violations that included:
LPFM station fined $15,000 for airing commercial advertisements
FCC issues notices to the landowners of 16 pirate radio sites
