Arizona recently passed a new law to help businesses combat COVID-19 litigation threats. With so many TV and radio stations starting to bring back employees and consider hosting public events, the ABA has commissioned a legal review of this new law to help determine what protections Arizona broadcasters have.

In short, this new law protects a station from COVID-19 litigation unless a person can prove with convincing evidence that the station has acted with malice.
