The Local Sales Manager’s primary purpose is to lead a team of account executives to generate revenue by utilizing broadcast and digital properties to create effective advertising solutions for local businesses.  The LSM is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the sales department.  This sales leader will be expected to implement the company’s plan to cultivate new local direct business, grow long lasting relationships with clients, and shape a productive sales team through training and creating a positive culture.  This position leads our revenue generating effort and requires extensive sales experience, communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn and implement our products and systems.

Qualifications:

·         Must have three to five Years of prior sales or sales management experience.

·         Experience in managing teams

·         Organizational skills a must
